All Claims must be made to delivering carrier at once. Our responsibility ceases upon delivery to carrier. Returns not accepted unless authorized by Whittall & Shon within 5 days of receipt.

How to Exchange
If you would like to exchange merchandise purchased from Whittall & Shon Online for a different size or color please follow these instructions. Items purchased online cannot be returned at Whittall & Shon Retail Stores.

1. Place the items you wish to exchange in a box.
2. You must include a copy of the invoice.
3. Please provide replacement item and a brief reason for your exchange.
4. Send to the following address:
