Return Policy
1.All returns must be pre-approved by our NY Showroom within 5 days or receipt of merchandise. Please call 212-594-2626 or e-mail: sales@whittallandshon.com.
2.Please note that returned hats, shoes and purses must not be worn nor used, must have the original hangtags still attached and must have original packaging. This is in accordance to health code policies.
3. For all retail sales, there is a $25 restocking fee per hat.
4. Customers are responsible for transport costs for returns unless merchandise is damaged or a wrong style was received.

If you wish to return items or have any complaints, we request that you contact us immediately at: sales@whittallandshon.com or within 5 days of receipt of your order. Once authorization has been approved, the item must be returned to us within 20 days of receipt. Please include a copy of the invoice. All items must have the original hang tags attached and must be in the original condition shipped. Unless an item is the wrong item or damaged, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Orders that have been in your possession for more than 30 days will no longer be available for return nor exchanges.
